In order to understand the childhood behavior disorder and suicide ideation in primary school studens in changsha city , and to identify factors affecting childhood behavior disorder and suicide ideation of children , 1060 primary school students , 796 persons from urban areas and 264 from rural area , were randomly sampled from six primary schools in changsha by multiple cluster sampling 為了了解長(zhǎng)沙市城鄉(xiāng)小學(xué)生的行為問(wèn)題、自殺意念以及它們的影響因素,本研究采用多級(jí)整群隨機(jī)抽樣法,在長(zhǎng)沙市城鄉(xiāng)隨機(jī)抽取六所學(xué)校的1060人(城市796人,鄉(xiāng)村264人)為研究對(duì)象。
Subjects were measured by rimer ' s questionnaires for teachers , life event questionnaires for primary school students and embu etc . stepwise regression method was used to analyse demographic , psychological and social factors which may have effect on childhood behavior disorder . also the multiple logistic regression analysis was used to identify significant risk factors for suicide ideation of children . results : the prevalence rates of children with devient scores on the teacher ' s scales of rutter questionnaires were 16 . 3 % 采用rutter兒童行為問(wèn)卷(教師問(wèn)卷) 、父母養(yǎng)育方式評(píng)價(jià)量表( embu ) 、小學(xué)生生活事件問(wèn)卷等多種工具綜合測(cè)量小學(xué)生的社會(huì)心理狀況,并用多元逐步回歸分析方法對(duì)影響小學(xué)生行為問(wèn)題的社會(huì)人口學(xué)、心理社會(huì)因素進(jìn)行探討,同時(shí)對(duì)小學(xué)生自殺意念進(jìn)行研究分析,通過(guò)多因素條件logistic回歸模型,篩選出自殺意念的主要危險(xiǎn)因素,以期為提高小學(xué)生的心理健康水平服務(wù),為素質(zhì)教育提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
